In this full hydrogen gas batch annealing furnace, heat conduction medium is 100% hydrogen. The atomic weight of hydrogen is minimal, is an extremely active gas, especially in the condition of high temperature heating and flow velocity anomaly quick. The heat conduction velocity of hydrogen is 7 times more than nitrogen, and it can directly conduct from the steel coil. Hydrogen density is very small, only 1/14 of nitrogen, so it can significantly reduce power consumption and furnace circulating fan, and also reduce equipment noise. In addition, in the high temperature, hydrogen will effectively change the oxidize residue into water vapor, which improves the annealing quality of cold rolled sheet.
