Push-pull pickling line
Push-pull Pickling is a semi-continuous production. It is characterized with less cost, less consumption, easier operation and fewer accidents. Moreover, it can acid washing many kinds of incoming material. The line capacity we supplied is among 100000~600000 tons annually.
Process flow of push-pull pickling line:
Pre-uncoiling station
Coil receiving table→coil loading car→ground-roll payoff reel→pinch straightening leveler→angle shear→crop shear
Pickling unit Manually loading→payoff reel→pinch straightening leveler→entry shear→pinch roll→back washing→pickling→water washing→drying→loop→disc shear→exit shear→oiling machine→tension reel→unloading manually
